Volunteer Registration-Launch of NVO

New Volunteer Orientation!
The New Volunteer Orientation (NVO) is now required for all volunteers registering for the first time. It is not required for re-registering volunteers, but all volunteers have access to the online module in Global Link. The NVO online learning module introduces new volunteers to AFS-USA's history, mission, values, volunteer opportunities, exchange programs, and organizational structure. The Volunteer Development Advisory Group recommended that this be a requirement for all new volunteers and it was approved by the National Council in the Fall of 2011.
