Take a Stand

This exercise works well with groups of 15 or more people - both as an introductory icebreaker or as an energizer in the middle of a training. Facilitation is a little more involved than for a typical icebreaker or energizer, and it requires some preparation time prior to the training. The results are well worth the time and effort spent.
