Spring Student Satisfaction Survey Being Sent Next Friday

The Spring 2011 Participant Survey will be distributed to NH and SH Hosted students next Friday, April 1 (with the exception of FLEX students who are already expected to complete a FLEX-specific survey during the program). This survey is shorter than the one sent in the fall, but similar in content. It will capture how students are enjoying the relationship with their host families and liaisons, amongst other administrative items. A Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator will contact Support or Hosting staff if there are any responses that require immediate follow up. Furthermore, a staff person will contact members of your Team if necessary.

Please encourage your students to complete the survey by April 15. We look forward to reading the student responses and thank you for your continued support.
