Sending materials

As you introduce students to opportunities to study abroad, AFS has various materials that you can share with them:
- Programs Abroad Catalog (printed version), containing a pre-application.
- What study abroad programs AFS offers
- Programs Abroad Poster/Brochure, introducing the basics about studying abroad with AFS.
- Online pre-application
- Students will be able to complete an on line full application
- Application Process chart, describing in detail what they students can expect.
- Programs Abroad Video, showing students what it might be like.
- Covering Your Tuition - A section on the AFS website dedicated to helping students raise money
- School Brochure to be used to provide information about and benefits of AFS to teachers and administrators.
In addition, there are several materials that can help you, the volunteer:
- How to Interview Students, a printed manual providing tips on the student interview. Similar information is available online.
- Where Does the Money Go, flyer and cover memo, describing how AFS allocates its revenue to provide quality programs.
