Resources to Review

For any type of Information Night it is important to review the following resources to give students an up to date picture of the realities. For additional resources for New Applicant Events, please see Additional New Applicant Event Resources.

Flyers and Promotional Materials

At any Information Event it is important to have some of the following promotional materials on hand. E-mail sendingmaterials@afs.org to request the promotional materials you will need for your event. All materials will be shipped ground and under no circumstances will the shipping be expedited, so please plan ahead. It is advised to give at least 2 weeks prior notice to your event when ordering materials.

  • TIP: Paper, tape, and markers (you never know when you’ll need them!)
