Sending Plan Template

The Sending Plan Template is a document to be used by sending volunteers to plan local sending activities. Included in the plan is a list of recruitment, conversion and retention activities, each with a list of tasks and resources. This template is a great centerpiece for discussions and meetings to organize and prioritize volunteer efforts. It should be completed by teams in the fall in order to plan for the upcoming Sending cycle.
