Objective:

To provide administrative support to the Team or chapter to which this position is affiliated

Responsibilities:

  • Attend chapter or team meetings and make other arrangements when unable.
  • Assist the chair with agenda preparation for all scheduled meetings
  • Design and implement a communication system that will inform the chapter or team leadership of meetings, responsibilities and expectations as well distribute background papers, minutes and other information as needed
  • Record clear and concise minutes
  • Post and/or distribute meeting summaries, minutes and other communications to chapter or team volunteers
  • Other duties, as requested by the Chair

Time Required:

  • Varies depending upon the schedule of chapter or team meetings
  • 1 year term, with reappointment

Responsible to:

Chapter Chair or Team Chair

Competencies Required:

  • Demonstrate excellent group and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize materials and accurately maintain records.
  • Possess good written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, other computer applications skills desired

  • Team Chair or Chapter Chair
  • Team or Chapter leadership
