Contents |
Objective:
To provide administrative support to the Team or chapter to which this position is affiliated
Responsibilities:
- Attend chapter or team meetings and make other arrangements when unable.
- Assist the chair with agenda preparation for all scheduled meetings
- Design and implement a communication system that will inform the chapter or team leadership of meetings, responsibilities and expectations as well distribute background papers, minutes and other information as needed
- Record clear and concise minutes
- Post and/or distribute meeting summaries, minutes and other communications to chapter or team volunteers
- Other duties, as requested by the Chair
Time Required:
- Varies depending upon the schedule of chapter or team meetings
- 1 year term, with reappointment
Responsible to:
Competencies Required:
- Demonstrate excellent group and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize materials and accurately maintain records.
- Possess good written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, other computer applications skills desired
Works with:
- Team Chair or Chapter Chair
- Team or Chapter leadership
