Program leader participation agreement

AFS-USA pays for the program leader’s participation fee, which includes lodging, meals, return domestic and international travel and on-program transportation.
As program leader, I will pay for my own incidental expenses, visa and passport fees, and any necessary inoculations.
Prior to departure, I will be provided an advance to cover program-related expenses. Upon return, I will submit an expense report with accompanying receipts, and I will repay any portion of the advance that has not been spent or that cannot be documented with receipts.
The Program Leader is not an employee of AFS-USA. I undertake this assignment on a voluntary basis.
