Phone Interviews
From AFSWiki
There are times when an applicant needs an interview quickly in order to complete their application in time. A phone interview will temporarily hold the place of an in-home interview so an application can be completed. The in-home interview still needs to take place but the phone interview provides some cushion.
Phone Interviews usually take about 30 minutes and parents do not need to be on the call (though they are welcome to be if they want).
If you would like to volunteer to be a Phone Interviewer, please email sendingteam@afs.org. Thank You!

- Pre-Interview Questionnaire - This is a form you can email to the family and have them fill-out and send back to you BEFORE the interview. This is just really helpful information to know before going into the interview
