There will be one regional activity organized each year for all the exchange students in South, North, West India. AFS covers all costs for the 4 -5 days trip, except transportation costs to the starting point for the event. Other trips are organized on a local basis by the hosting chapters

General Country Information
- Description:This is a school based program. Students will live in host families and attend a local school. During their stay students will learn about Indian culture, family life and religion. Each student will have a contact person in their local chapter to help with problems and culture shock. Also, there will be trips and orientations organized by both the local chapters and the national office.
