Inbound meeting message

There are times when the Info Center has large group meetings and needs to put the meeting message on our Inbound phone number. Here's how.

1) Press the Voice Mail Button on your phone

2) Press # key and then enter 9005

3) The password is 1234--then follow the prompts to change the message

4) When you are setting the meeting message, you will change the message from 1 to 4

5) Once you are back and ready take calls, go to box 9005 and change the message back to 1.
