To order the print materials listed below, as well as school, sending and volunteer marketing materials, please complete the following order form.
- Hosting Recruitment Calendar (2012) is a detailed month-by-month plan to help guide volunteers through the process of school outreach, community event planning, media relations, lead management and follow-up and other aspects of hosting recruitment.
- Hosting Booklet (2012) features stories about select host families across the US and can be mailed directly to potential host families.
- Hosting Trifold (2012) should be used with all host family leads and distributed at any recruitment events.
- Hosting Poster (2012) can be filled in with your personal contact information.
- Hosting Tear Off Poster (2012) can be filled in with your personal contact information.
- Sponsored Programs Brochure (2012) has a brief history and goal of each program (CB, FLEX and YES). It is useful for schools, host families, and volunteers.
- Sponsored Programs Country Map (2011) - A colorful wall map highlighting the countries from which Sponsored Programs and core students come from.
- YES Hosting Brochure explains the Youth Exchange and Study Program in detail.
- YES Country Map - A colorful wall map highlighting the countries from which YES students come from.
- FLEX Hosting Brochure explains the Future Leaders Exchange Program in detail.
- Hosting Schools Flyer (2011) includes FAQs for schools as well as explains what is required of school and AFS for exchange students.
- Sending and Hosting Map (2011) - A colorful wall map highlighting the countries from which AFS hosts and sends.

- YES poster (full page) (2011) - A full page fillable poster to promote a local event featuring YES hosting and sending opportunities.
- YES poster (quarter page) (2011) - Fillable handouts to promote a local event featuring YES hosting and sending opportunities.
- School Administrator Letter (2011) - A generic letter from the U.S. Department of State encouraging Administrators to accept Sponsored Programs students. Include this with the student application when seeking school approval.
- School Poster in black and white (2010) and School Poster in color (2010) promotes both hosting and sending, and can be filled in with your personal contact information. Just place your cursor in the box and type in your name, phone number and/or email.
- School Tear Off Poster in black and white (2010) and School Tear Off Poster in color (2010) promotes both hosting and sending, and can be filled in with your personal contact information. Just place your cursor under "Study Abroad" in the tear off section to type in your name, phone number and/or email.
