To order the print materials listed below, as well as school, sending and volunteer marketing materials, please complete the following order form.

  • Hosting Recruitment Calendar (2012) is a detailed month-by-month plan to help guide volunteers through the process of school outreach, community event planning, media relations, lead management and follow-up and other aspects of hosting recruitment.
  • Hosting Booklet (2012) features stories about select host families across the US and can be mailed directly to potential host families.
  • YES Country Map - A colorful wall map highlighting the countries from which YES students come from.

  • School Administrator Letter (2011) - A generic letter from the U.S. Department of State encouraging Administrators to accept Sponsored Programs students. Include this with the student application when seeking school approval.
