Host Family

A volunteer family or individual who has been screened and accepted to host an AFS participant, typically providing (at minimum) food, a place to sleep, and transportation to a local school. The host family may include
- Host Mother (a.k.a. hostma or hma)
- Host Father (a.k.a. hostpa or hpa)
- Host Siblings (a.k.a. hostsibs) such as
- Host Sister (a.k.a. hostsis)
- Host Brother (a.k.a. hostbro)
