Reports Descriptions
Host Family - Online Orientation Activity Report
This report pulls details of Host families who have or haven't attended Host family orientation with their orientation status if any.
Hosted Student Current Placements with SH Option
Optionally lists hosted NH, SH, or all Students, their current host families and liaisons along with their home addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers. This report is useful for contacting students, liaisons, and/or hosts for orientations and other AFS events as well as arranging for car pools. If made available to host families, it can be used for setting up smaller geography-friendly family encounters to share common experiences. Optionally, incoming SH cycle students can be displayed instead of outgoing SH cycle students. (Author: NF)
Pax Interviews
Lists Outbound Participant Interview Information. This report enables Sending Coordinators and their staff counterparts to keep track of potential outbound participants along with the last contact date, contact method and interviewer. Note: the date field should be truncated to eliminate time of day. (Author: NF)
Returnees List
Lists all returnees along with much useful information and indicating current volunteer status. This report enables team and chapter leaders to keep track of their returnees, whether recent or not, with the intent of developing them into registered volunteers as well as tracking their success in doing so (Author: NF) Note: the date field should be truncated to eliminate time of day. Returning Students
Lists returning outbound participants with arrival dates. This report enables team and chapter volunteers to contact returning participants soon after their arrival home with the intent of integrating them into the local volunteer organization in a meaningful manner while they are still imbued with enthusiasm (Author: NF)
