Everyone Ready® is a professional development program in volunteer management delivered via Online Seminars, electronic Self-Instruction Guides, interactive discussion boards, and other online resources. It was designed by volunteer management expert Susan Ellis and her staff at Energize, Inc., with content delivered by a roster of international trainers. Each month, there is a different topic.

AFS-USA launched its participation with Everyone Ready in March 2010. All AFS-USA volunteers and staff are able to access the Everyone Ready training materials by logging in to Global Link, as you normally would. Once logged in, simply click the "resources" tab at the top of the home page. "Everyone Ready" is one of the options in the "Other Resources" section.

We highly recommend you read and save the Everyone Ready Welcome Guide. It details all the components of Everyone Ready and how to access and use them. There is also a shorter Everyone Ready Overview , which details the basic information about Everyone Ready, but does not fully explain all of the various pieces of the program.
