End-of-Stay Survey - Your input requested

In an effort to respond to requests and concerns raised by many Teams and Chapters regarding the duration and quality of the End-of-Stay (EOS) Event, staff and volunteers at AFS-USA are currently developing guidelines for the EOS Event in 2010. To this end, we would like to hear from you re: your 2009 EOS Event (if applicable) and your reaction to ideas currently on the table for 2010 and beyond. Below you will find a link to a short, electronic survey, which should take about 5 minutes to complete.
Please note, all 2009 Hosting Conference attendees were provided a hard copy version of the survey. All Chapter and Team Chairs, Hosting, Support and Orientation Coordinators with a valid email will receive a link to this survey, as will all NH 2009 End-of-Stay Coordinators. All other staff and volunteers are welcome to complete the survey via the link found above.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey. Responses are due by Monday, January 4. Results will be summarized and shared with volunteers and staff by the end of January 2010.
