This is a space for the AFS community and other stakeholders to share ideas regarding the proposed committee on diversity to be voted on by the National Volunteer Assembly, in Nashville, TN. Please read the final draft of the background paper Organizational Diversity Committee Motion and discuss at myafsblog.

  • Currently, there is no historical data regarding host family demographics.
  • Volunteer Demographic This volunteer demographic report was created using information provided by registered volunteers. The list of registered volunteers was pulled from Global Link February 2010.

  • Staff who wish to apply must obtain permission from their immediate supervisor
