Conference Planning Checklist

Trainers who are planning a longer conference will have many tasks to complete and will want to start the planning process far in advance. Attached is a conference planning checklist developed for AFS volunteer conferences. The basic tasks are outlined in detail, though not every item on this checklist needs to be considered for every conference.
