The Certificate of Insurance proves that AFS carries insurance.
To apply for a Certificate of Insurance, please complete a Certificate of Insurance Request Form specific to your event and submit to Vicki Toepper, at AFS Intercultural Programs, 2356 University Ave W, Ste 424, St Paul, MN 55114 or fax 651-647-6628 at least one month prior to the event.
