Best Practices Re-entry Orientation - Timing

• View return travel dates in your participants' records in Global Link. (Available once the return ticket has been booked, 6-8 weeks before departure.)
• Try to call each of your participants within a few weeks after their return just to ask how things are going. If they are not available at the time of the call, a parent would probably appreciate the chance to chat too. If you need help making the calls, consider recruiting returnees from the previous cycle or before to help with the job!
