Additional Global Link for Hosting Volunteers Webinars Scheduled

Dear AFS USA Hosting Volunteers,


Due to the popularity of the Global Link for Hosting Volunteers training webinars, we have scheduled additional trainings throughout the month of February. If interested, please register for one of these trainings on the Wiki at: Global Link webinars.


The focus of this training is on retrieving available hosted student applications in your region, conducting narrowed searches based on student attributes, submitting requests, viewing student applications, and forwarding bios to prospective host families.


We would like to remind you that there are several 'cheat sheets' that you can refer to in order to help guide yourself through some of the processes listed above posted on the AFS Wiki at: GL Help Hosting. It is highly recommended that you review these materials prior to attending the training.
