A Couple of Reminders when Submitting Requests for Hosted Students on Global Link

Dear Hosting Volunteers,


This is a friendly reminder to enter the school placement information when submitting a host family placement request for a hosted student on Global Link. Though they are separate tabs, both the host family information and school information must be submitted in order to process the request. Please refer to the checklist How to Enter Requests on Global Link on the AFS Wiki for further details.


Additionally, please remember to enter the name of the family for whom you are requesting to place a student on hold in the 'reason for request' field of the new request tab.
