AFSWiki Forgot Password Process

Send the following text to the user with a valid account that's associated with a working email address:
To have your login password reset, go to the Login Page
and type in your username, which is XXXXXX. Be careful in typing the username: the difference between upper-case and lower-case letters does matter.
Then click the "EMail Password" button. A new password will be automatically sent to the email address on file for this account. After you receive it, you can change your password to something more personal by visiting the "My Preferences" page.
