AFS-USA Launches Volunteer Service Evaluations

On November 15, 2011 all AFS-USA volunteers received the first Volunteer Service Evaluation (VSE). The VSE is an annual online survey that will give volunteers the opportunity to share feedback on their volunteer experiences with AFS and offer suggestions as to how AFS-USA can better support the needs and interests of our volunteers. The goals of the VSE are to evaluate overall volunteer satisfaction and involvement at AFS-USA, which will allow us to develop strategies and plans for the organization to improve the support we offer our volunteers.

The survey is scheduled to close on December 19, 2011. We will share the results after they are compiled.
