10-11 SH Customer Service Evaluation Process

The SH cycle of the Customer Service Evaluation (CSE) is now in progress.
- Returnees, Natural Families and Host Families who completed the SM NH 10 and YP SH 10 program cycles, have been sent an email by AFS-USA giving them instructions on how to complete their online Customer Service Evaluation. They have also been given the option to request a hard copy of the evaluation. (Schools are only surveyed in May during the NH round of evaluation.)
- Customers with questions regarding the CSE process (technical or otherwise) have been instructed to email evalhelp@afs.org or call Joseph Friedman at 800-876-2376 ext. 1175.
- Responses received via hard copies are manually entered into the online database, so that all feedback is housed in one place.
- Any hosting, sending or volunteer leads generated by the CSE will be shared with the appropriate staff.
